Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Halay Başı game and website, developed by Nusret Saraç. By downloading or playing the game you accept these terms. Because the game is downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; these terms add to it.

1. Game account and player name

• You choose a player name for the online features; names are unique.
• Names may not contain swearing, insults, hate speech, sexual content or calls to violence, or impersonate another person, brand or organisation.
• We may change names that break these rules, restrict friends and online features, or close the account.
• We recommend not using your real full name as your player name.

2. Behaviour in the game

• Cheating, software that modifies the game, automated play, attacks on the server, or behaviour meant to spoil other players' games are not allowed.
• Be respectful to other players in online weddings. We may restrict accounts that break the rules without warning.

3. Game gold and in-game items

• Gold earned in the game (quarter, half and full coins), items, halay leaders and power levels are virtual items used only inside the game.
• They have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to another account.
• To balance the game we may change their effects, prices and how they are earned in updates.
• Your game progress is stored on your phone. Deleting the game or using "start over" may erase your progress.

4. Purchases

Purchases with real money in the game (such as an ad-free pack) are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's rules. Refund requests go through Apple. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

5. Intellectual property

The game's name, logo, characters, artwork, films, music arrangements, texts and code belong to us or our licensors. You may play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes; it may not be copied, modified or distributed without permission. You are welcome to share screenshots and videos of the game.

6. Availability of the service

We try to keep the game and its online features running, but we cannot guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features.

7. Limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the game. This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Privacy

We explain what information we collect and why in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your rights under the consumer protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.
